I am resigning my citizenship and membership in the RA. Nothing against TNP I just don't plan on being active here for a while and don't feel I should keep citizenship during that period.

If you look at the ZB/IF support forum they have been bombarded by adspammers as well. I am pretty sure they are aware of the issue. A support ticket probably isn't needed.

I see absolutely nothing wrong with use of lists as is. I believe trying to codify the legality of lists is just legislating for the sake of legislating.
