Do remember that I am one of the largest and most industrialized nations on Eras (I'm ~10 million people smaller than Kannex). The system I have, which includes ship and land based missiles and railguns, as well as a couple of nuclear-powered laser satellites, has been developed to a point at which I've decided give up my strategic nuclear capability save for ~50 warheads. I am five and a half times your size, and more than twice Nebula's. I'm pretty sure I can come up with a system that can stop most of your launches. IIRC the Rose League has a similar system as well, and as they seem to be focused on peace, they might just step in too.Cogoria:Anti WMD? there's hardly such a thing that can stop an entire nation's arsenal from reaching their targets maybe a few, but not all. And you're not in danger from fallout as I posses no nukes, my WMDs (Which have been produced in utmost secrecy) Are all chemical/biological in nature
Starship troopers by Robert a HeinleinCogoria:"Naked force has resolved more issues throughout world history than any other factor. The contrary opinion that violence never solves anything is wishful thinking at its worst". And why are only my missiles being threatened?? They for retaliation only, everyone seems happy to let a much larger nation nuke Cogoria into a crater should war break out XD
(Bonus points for naming that movie/book)
I thought my job was "don't nuke everyone", right? I'm still doing itNightsong:Dammit Nebula... You had one job, just one job and you are failing spectacularly at it...
Your one job was to not get involved in the war... It just makes things worse... Especially with Cogoria looking like he's itching for a fight...Nebula:I thought my job was "don't nuke everyone", right? I'm still doing itNightsong:Dammit Nebula... Careful Syrixia, I'm using this crisis as a moment for my nation's government to judge your nation's government on whether or not they are a good fit for being a member of the Stellae Partners for Peace.Syrixia:The Third Great War is not going to start on our watch.
If Nebula tries anything, in the words of Robert deNiro, "brother, you are going down."
You realize that, as a potential PFP nation, it would be in Syrixia's interest to follow through on what I say if my nation hopes to get closer to Trillium. It'd be like helping someone you want to be friends with get oranges for an orange juice stand by giving them five oranges.Nightsong:Careful Syrixia, I'm using this crisis as a moment for my nation's government to judge your nation's government on whether or not they are a good fit for being a member of the Stellae Partners for Peace.Syrixia:The Third Great War is not going to start on our watch.

I'm actually not mad at you... My earlier posts were just suggestions and commentary on the fact that war always tends to break out when you are involved. Which is fine if that is how you choose to role-play. I was just commenting on seeing if you wanted to try something different this go round. Doesn't really make a difference to me as long as the role-play is enjoyable and the people participating are having fun.Nebula:I like how everyone is getting pissed at me for literally doing what I always do and what I said I would do.
That reminds me; Grim, Kannex and I have to have a "chat" about that.Cogoria:Well, you control Rhuvuland yes? Might shoot you some PMs if things go sideways and become a shooting war, cause I gots plans for Rhuvuland
Hey if you want to start trouble in Tajis, that'd be alright with me. The country might be anticommunist but there's still a heavy pro socialist presence.Nebula:I like how everyone is getting pissed at me for literally doing what I always do and what I said I would do.
Cogoria would be the worst hostage-taker ever. All the hostages would die of boredom before he'd even stated his demands.Nightsong:With the lack of progress on behalf of Cogoria not stating demands, my intelligence community is growing board of watching re-runs of the recent Cogorian military exercise.
