While wanted to explore universe,forgot that was in a skyscraper and demolished it and the ruins crushed him.
 
Killed by Duran Duran because he wasn't Hungry Like The Wolf. He regretted eating that meal only a few minutes before his untimely death.
 
^ Was a leader of some ministry. I don't remember which. Tried hard to complete many things, quite successful at some. Unfortunately running a sports league which took less than a decade between matches was not one of them
 
^ Couldn't break down the third little piggy's brick house; his fists and feet kept bleeding for days until he bled out and died
 
^ was a long term citizen of TNP. Surprised everyone with his ability to avoid achieving anything during that time
