To speak with words, I believe they mean you switched flags, once again. I think it would help everyone if you kept one flag instead of changing whenever your old one got--well, old. I personally like the star, as I have one on Guslantis' flag.

Speaking of, I'm not at a computer at the moment, so I'll send the flags of Portmantea and Guslantis soon.
