DD is ruled by a person called "Evil McMasterdonia". Sometimes he likes to insist that I am Evil McMasterdonia, and that the real McMasterdonia disappeared somewhere without a trace. I think that really, he just enjoys the idea of being "ruled" by me.
Also I'll note that I am ruled by Evil Democratic Donkeys, which is probably just normal DD.
