House Sanguine

I encourage all of our younger members to go out and find a spouse and adopt some children.

Also: Syrixia you should edit the family tree and put a death date in for Darcania.

@Kannex- Sure, you can join. I'll find a place for ya.

@Nebs- Already did. I marked Darc as ded.

EDIT: Kannex, you're my cousin.

Syrixia since I'm now the oldest in the oldest generation of the family tree can I have some special title?

So, family of mine, we have a choice to make. With people making donations left and right, Grim has suggested the Montresors donate to the Sillisary for TNP Political Action Committee. Obviously, this means families are getting into the action, and we need to discuss whether we should donate or not, why, and if so; how much.

Thoughts?

Right, he's antimonarchist.

I'm against donating to the Sillisary because I think there are better causes in NS to help.

In what way is this family monarchist?
He said anti-monarchist
By saying he is anti-monarchist, he is insinuating he thinks our family is monarchist, because he is using that as his reason to express his disinterest.

It seems we have members of all ages on both sides. Shall we vote? We can if I get a second.

It is our duty to support the members of our family, Bootsie and Cascadia Sanguine, above any other candidates, no?

But mostly Bootsie. ;)

Just kidding.

Syrixia:
Section 2- Political Stances

Differing political stances within the family MUST be respected, both in real life and in NationStates politics, even going to the level of role-play politics. To each his own. It is also to note that in any election in a region, whatever it may be; if there is a House Sanguine family member running in the election, do not vote for them because of family ties. Vote for whom you think is the best candidate, and if you do vote for a House Sanguine member, do it only with their political background and campaign in mind. If any members of House Sanguine ARE serving in political positions in TNP, they must remember that their overall region comes first, and that the family's interests come second. TNP is the freest region in NS and House Sanguine does not want to corrupt it.

That does not mean that we cannot ENDORSE candidates as a whole, just that the family is not required to vote for them.

Thank you for that, Asta. The Honor Code states that honorable Sanguines ignore nepotism.

EDIT: Nebula, you have the exact opposite of what is correct. We, as a House, cannot endorse any candidate for an office, or else that makes us more like a political party. Each member's votes must be cast by them and them alone, and based on their own opinion on who should run. House Sanguine considers nepotism dishonorable.
