TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,

I am writing from the desk of the SMITH'S PALACE of CRONAAL as I must inform you that we are unhappy with the behaviour against and the treatment of our nation. We have had ministers, such as EDEN HALL, being murdered in foreign land. Actions like this are outrageous and show what kind of filthy animals the rest of this land is, NEBULA disgusts us for being to bigoted and rude, demanding things from smaller, more vulnerable nations and then beginning wars against said nations for almost no reason. RHUVANLAND disgusts us for being so weak, it's people's actions against other nations, such as us, and it's barbaric ways. SYRIXIA disgusts us because for being ridiculous in mind and measure and also failing to keep it's citizens and guests safe from the barbaric RHUVISH, they allowed one of our nation's most beloved people to be tortured and murdered like a pig on a farm, simply because they failed to protect him and still, we mourn. GUSLANTIS disgusts us for denying war, it shows us that it too weak to protect it's own people, it's own allies and wishes to hide in damned bunkers like fearful cats, they wish to let the world around them die and burn as they hide. They are cowards and we believe they should not be trusted by anyone. SADAKOYAMA disgusts us because of it's demeaning surveillance against any and all nations, they have no legal right to do this in our eyes and must be destroys by our armies and all others. DUE to this, we hereby declare war on:

Following the senseless betrayal of the Provincial State of Cronaal against multiple nations, two of which are Helmebaine Alliance members, Cronaal is HEREBY SUSPENDED from the Helmebaine Alliance.
 
Following the end of the Great War, South Cronaal is hereby reinstated into the Helmebaine Alliance on behalf of Cronaal.
 
South Cronaal requests construction teams from any and all nations to support the expansion of the new capital, Ganjarius in the Ganjar province.
 
The legislature has authorized a reconstruction relief bill to assist your nation in building your new capital. Construction teams will be arriving soon to assist in whatever way necessary.
 
The Empire of Kannex would like to bring up a point of order; that is, if it is permissible for the Chair to suspend a member of the Alliance without first consultation with the Assembly of Alliance nations.

Eumenor also questions whether it is in order that the Chair is acting without consultation, and requests to know the constitutional legitimacy of their actions in respect to our charter.
 
The Secretary-General's Office argues that Cronaal had to be suspended as it was attacking Alliance members maliciously, which is obviously a major breach of the Charter and the notion of our Alliance as a whole. It was not removed wholly, as it was anticipated (and ultimately brought to fruition) that the Alliance would win the war.
 
Syrixia formally requests her Helmebaine Allies for support following the growing Shei Ren Missile Crisis, which endangers many Alliance members, such as Syrixia, Kannex, Rhuvanland, et cetera. It is paramount that, as an Alliance, we formulate an official response to the crisis and figure out what to do.
 
We stand at the ready to defend our allies. What type of assistance might you require in this situation?
 
Cronaal is unprepared to give support, despite helping us immensely since Diana's escapade, we believe this situation is petty.
 
Seeing as the headquarters of both the DU and NPTO as well as the Faibuaizu Alliance are on the map, I thought it apropos that I submit a claim for our HQ in Minas Ersul.

Any thoughts on the matter before I draw and submit it?
 
Following the conclusion of the fighting during the so called Great War; the Kaltian Estate Council, the E Rima Nga Kaiwhakawa and the Council of Five have reconvened to discuss the merit of joining the Helmebaine Alliance and overturning the previous ruling. After much debate, a unanimous decision was reached among the Confederation powers on voting in favor of joining the Alliance.

Callaici shall be the main hub for assistance to the Helmebaine Alliance and as such, the Confederation's representative shall hail from there. This is in line with previous policies regarding the Democratic Union (main hub is Kalti) and the North Pacific Treaty Organization (main hub is Tir na Andalucia)

Syrixia, it seems many HQ are listed with surrounding territory, it might be good if ours was listed more by placing the city and notating the alliance HQ. I think this would be more effective since our HQ as far as I understand does not include surrounding lands. Our operations such as military bases, research, and other facilities are distributed through the alliance and not held in one basket.
 
That might make sense. We'll see what we can do.
On another, more disturbing note, one of our alliance members, South Cronaal, is under attack from the Democratic Republic of Merconitonitopia. We need to figure out what to do.
 
Syrixia isn't quite sure. They seem to have some sort of motive, however. Perhaps we should investigate? Or intervene? South Cronaal is an alliance member, after all.
 
Kalti and Callaici can both send military forces for a pincer style attack against Merconitonitopian if they do not stand down in their invasion of South Cronnal.

I agree. I will draft a declaration saying Syrixian and Ceretian forces will be coming, however I would like some clarification concerning Kalti. I also welcome other Helmebaine delegates to join the effort on behalf of their nations. A massive force will quickly repel Merconitonitopia.
 
To the Helmebaine Alliance,

I recently got off a video conference call with the Joint Chiefs of Staff. They have authorized the mobilization of the Royal Amhran I (based out of Kalti) of the Royal Confederation Forces. With this authorization, there are now 287,500 personnel, 1,250 aircraft and 50 ships at the Alliance's disposal to help deal with this invasion by Merconitonitopia into South Cronnal. Should additional forces be required, the Royal Amhran XII (based out of Callaici) has been put on standby and they would bring an additional 200,000 personnel, 1,250 aircraft and 50 ships to the table if called upon.

Edit: If you are curious... my nation has a total military size of 2,750,000 personnel... the total population of the Confederation is 86 million... my military only constitutes 3% of the total population.
 
(OOC: Woahly crap. I gotta work on my military. How about Syrixia has a population of 76 million, instead of 26? This would make more sense as other nations have similar populations, although Syrixia is densely populated; though not too much. Syrixia is more like a Nordic America industrywise, with a combination of public and private industries. Thus, the military is around 4% of the population, putting Syrixian forces at 3,040,000 soldiers. That's not overly crazy, but that's not bad either. It represents Syrixian military power while staying close to the realistic example provides by you, Kalti. I'll edit my factbook tomorrow. Anyways, on to the IC.)

Syrixia urges Kalti to wait as a poll is currently being conducted to see what South Cronaal's fate will be. However should both the poll and/or further diplomacy fail, perhaps intervention would be necessary.

Giving a comparison, regarding the active duty military of 4% and I'm guessing you meant active duty. Israel maintains a 2% active military force (and an additional 3% reserve.) DPRK maintains a 4.78% Standing military (with a 2.4% reserve.) The USA maintains a .424% active military (and a .265% reserve.)

We can confirm to the Chair that the National Assembly has given to Syrixia the authority to mark on the map the location of HQ in Minas Ersul in the location shown on the below map. However, as the HQ has no surrounding territory, we do not feel it necessary to claim as an enclave-style area; marking Minas Ersul and adding an icon/logo would suffice.

(The troop numbers seem workable however I'd caution that such a large active military force can be expensive to operate and could represent a noticeable % of GDP. If you have a very strong economy it will be a lower %, weaker economy a higher %. For example the IDF (Israeli Defense Force), is a modern military force, and its cost of operation is 6.9% of their GDP. Operating a completely modern and active military is more expensive to operate than reserves or use of non state of the art technologies. In other words, if your economy can support it, and you have the political will to do so, it can work.)

Rhuvanland would like to request aid from her allies in the ensuing war, so we may end it before too many deaths occur. An end to the war may possibly convince the rebels to find a midway, which they refused to do before.

Admittedly, Syrixia was the nation who suggested the Seblanders join, but we agree, that alone is not enough. What can True Sebland bring to the table?
 
What Can You Contribute to the Alliance?: True Sebland is a huge nation with a "frightening" economy that pours billions of seblandish golds into its millitary every year and is willing to help the members of this alliance if needed with its very good airforce, navy and army. It has modern weapons and very good tacticians. True Sebland has no ongoing wars so the entry into the alliance will not cause any damage to the members international relations.
