1) checking you don't have any other accounts and aren't using proxies generally. And as you check clean you are now in the RA.

2) I *think* these are the two options. a) subscribe to a topic and it'll show up in your profile or b) Go to Active Topics and look for topics that have a little white page with an arrow, which indicates you've replied to them. There might very well be a better way, but I don't know it off the top of my head.

OOC Note: I believe I do have multiple accounts on this board but have been granted an exception in the past since those accounts relate to separate nations in other regions.
