The Security Council,

Recognizing that Carcassonne is a relatively new region, founded April 17th 2023 to be a Frontier by members of Taijitu, seeking to build a secure and prosperous democratic Frontier with a vibrant culture of sharing and developing stories,

Observing that Carcassonne, as a Frontier, is potentially vulnerable to invasion, and that should it be invaded there is no guarantee the Security Council could pass an Injunction resolution fast enough to ensure it does not become the invaders’ trophy region,

Stating that the native nations of Carcassonne wish for the region to remain as a Frontier, and not become the property of an unfettered Governor, foreign or domestic, the citizens having unanimously chosen to transition the region to Frontier status prior to adopting the region’s constitution which is designed for a Frontier region,

Expecting that Carcassonne has the capacity to maintain its own long-term security without a Governor through its active efforts to have both widely-distributed endorsements generally and a select group of trusted members to hold even more endorsements,

Hereby injuncts Carcassonne, preventing it from losing Frontier status.

Overview
This proposal seeks to Injunct Carcassonne, a relatively new region, formed as a successor to Taijitu and currently functioning as a vibrant and sustainable frontier. Whilst the proposal notes that an Injunction should definitely be considered should the region be raided, a possibility considering the region’s vulnerability as a Frontier, it also states that an Injunction would protect the community by preventing a rogue leader from converting the region to a Stronghold, potentially destroying the community. Finally, the proposal reassures members that the region is strong enough to protect itself despite its lack of a Governor.

Recommendation
TNP has recently signed a treaty with Carcassonne, and therefore we are keen to see the region’s well-established and vibrant community to be further protected from potential threats of coups and rogue leaders. This injunction further indicates Carcassone’s intention to remain a strong and thriving Frontier.

For the above reasons, the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs recommends a vote For the SC proposal at vote, "Injunct Carcassonne".

For. Given TNP has a treaty with Carcassone, I think the government has to support the wishes of the people of that region.
