no because you are not citizen, we don,t have testlandia cards, not a guild member, and because the giveaway does not include legendary
every want testlandia, I get it.

first apply for citizenship : https://forum.thenorthpacific.org/topic/9145386/, then apply to join the guild
you won't get card by skipping the steps.
