As a note, card farmers 1-500 CTEed. I am slowly reviving them, so their collections (mostly comprising season 1 nations) will soon become available again.

Card farmers 1-500 have now been revived and safely deposited within birb. Their collections are back up for grabs.
 
The Cards Guild Leadership has discussed and decided the cards pulled by card farmers during Cards Guild pull events will not be eligible for the giveaway as this deincentivizes card farming for TNL. Cards found during regular farming or non-Cards Guild pull events will still be given away if someone is requesting them.

I am unclear on these events. How will I know of an event and is my last request invalid?

Any event that is labeled as a pull event like https://forum.thenorthpacific.org/topic/9191778/ when we decide on a card it is elabalble to be given away until the sanctioned pull event starts during that time if it is pulled and stays on the card farm puppet it is still not able to be requested.
