The Northern Light is our regional nation and it is the nation that is used to host the legendaries that we give away. Gifting cards there will then be processed to however best benefits the region.

You lost citizenship (and thus Guild membership). You'll need to reapply for both. :(

Ah, I was not aware. That's probably the reason why I never applied earlier and felt a bit being forced into it in the end. Anyways it does not matter to me any longer thus I will not re-apply. Thanks and all the best. It was great during my time here.
