[big]The Trillium Accord is governed by the Trillium Council, as established in Article 8 of the Trillium Accord Charter. The Trillium Council consists of delegates from each member-state of the Trillium Alliance and the Stellae Partners for Peace. Each member-state has one vote. A simple majority of those voting is sufficient to pass a regular resolution. On matters of war, or matters pertaining strictly to Alliance members, only Alliance members will vote. An unopposed vote among Alliance members is required to confirm a state of war. The chairmanship of the Trillium Council is rotated alphabetically among members of the Alliance.
At present, the Trillium Accord has two subordinate directorates: a Humanitarian Aid Directorate and a Science Directorate.[/big]
