How does one insert images for Executive Staff onto one's signature when html code does not work and there is no image insertion tool that I can find?

Edit: the image insertion tool is now working, but did not initially.

Follow up question. When I look at my own profile I simply see the <img> tags and a link, but not the image itself. Is there a way to see if there is an actual image in my sig or just a link?

I would ask that someone give me the Resident role. I've been around TNP for a few months now and been here with my WA for ~1 month.

Ignore this, wasn't aware "Apply for Residency" was a thing.
