Could someone look me up on the AdminCP and see if I'm on PM restriction? :( I shouldn't be....
 
Can COE and Zyvet get checked for PM restriction? Their profiles list it as "On", but they say they've had no problems sending and receiving...

Oh, and can I please get an admin to pop in to the RA applicant thread for some security checks? :)

According to Eluvatar it doesn't actually have any effect... He has said that it is due to admin tinkering, but the only admin who I think would have tinkered with stuff like that is Elu :P

Sounds like a confession to me!

r3n, Mall, and Prussia have missed 4 legislative votes and have failed to vote in the past 20 days. They should be remasked as citizens.
 
It appears that, at least on my browser, whenever I open a member for editing in the ACP, it defaults to setting that custom profile field to "On". That doesn't actually set the restriction however, only the displayed field.

Elu would it be worth adding an entry in the notes inside the ACP about this issue and how to handle it?
It sounds like something that might recur in the future and that would make it easier for admin to fix when it does.
 
It might be a good idea to remove the displaying profile field for PM restriction to prevent any issues with it. We can still put them in the restricted group if need be.
 
murdock213 has failed to log on to the forum for 30 days and has been removed from the RA. They should be remasked as a citizen.

Mysteron's TNP nation has relocated, and they should be remasked as a member.

Abstain's TNP nation has ceased to exist, and he should be remasked as a former citizen.
 
I have deleted the PM Restriction profile field. It can trivially be recreated if we individually PM restrict someone again.

Can Chasmanthe please be given the relevant mask for being an assistant prosecutor? I'm unsure of the exact permissions.

Based on the procedure given to admin in the ACP, you are correctly masked (NPA with RA permissions). However, if the NPA leadership agrees, we can honor the request.
