Harstonia's flag is classy and classic. I like the red as it catches the eye. I also like the texture of the coat of arms as it looks historic rather than having that modern digital look. 9/10

The ripples are only visible on the white and red stripes which really annoys me. Only reason I didn't give it a 10/10. :/
