As a bordering neighbor, the Kingdom of Plembobria would like to understand the extent of how much the Kingdom Republic of Ceretis plans to expand its armed forces, and the reason for these actions.

Here's the first part of the list:
Capsaicin
Comes in: RED containers
Rating: 8
Nickname: Pepper
Summary: Capsaicin is the active ingredient in pepper spray. It is a powerful tear agent and irritates the skin and mucous membranes. It occurs naturally in chili peppers.
Treatment: Remove victim from affected area as soon as possible. To relieve skin pain, cool the area and rub it with Vaseline.
Products:
Capsaicin tank
A two-gallon tank of pure capsaicin. Has a lid, for removal of solid capsaicin, but also a hose and valve, for dispersal of gaseous capsaicin.
Cost: $200
Capsaicin suspension in water
A two-quart canister containing a suspension of capsaicin in water. This can be misted or dispersed via aerosol.
Cost: $75
Capsaicin canisters
Two-quart canisters containing pure capsaicin. These can be deployed by the next product.
Cost: $1000 (for shipment of 20 canisters)
Capsaicin canister deployer
Air-powered cannon used to fire capsaicin canisters. This model is specially used for capsaicin because it contains a heater, which causes the capsaicin to vaporize and allows for easier dispersal.
Cost: $300

Sulfinylpropane
Comes in: GREEN containers
Rating: 2
Nickname: Onion
Summary: Sulfinylpropane, or more properly 1-sulfinlpropane, is the compound in onions that makes people tear up, and as such can be used as a tear agent in situations where capsaicin is too powerful.
Treatment: Remove victim from area.
Products:
Sulfinylpropane tank
A two-gallon tank of pure sulfinylpropane. Comes with a hose for dispersal of gaseous sulfinylpropane.
Cost: $250
Sulfinylpropane canisters
Two-quart canisters containing pure sulfinylpropane. Can be deployed by the next product.
Cost: $1250 (for shipment of 20 canisters)
Sulfinylpropane canister deployer
Air-powered cannon used to fire sulfinylpropane canisters. This model is specifically used for sulfinylpropane because it can also, in addition to firing the canisters, release sulfinylpropane gas directly by puncturing a canister and funneling the gas into a chamber, which is then pressurinzed and released at high velocity.
Cost: $325
Mercaptan
Comes in: YELLOW containers (Methyl will have brown markings, Ethyl will have green)
Rating: 5
Nickname: Stink
Summary: There are two varieties of mercaptan that are used: methyl mercaptan and ethyl mercaptan. Ethyl mercaptan smells of onions or cooked cabbage and can be detected by the human nose at trace levels. Methyl mercaptan is the smell of flatulence. Effects of exposure would be the same as of exposure to any nasty smell: possible nausea or even vomiting.
Treatment: Remove victim from area.
Products:
Methyl mercaptan tank
A two-gallon tank of methyl mercaptan at concentrations of 1000 ppm. This is enough to be detected easily by the human nose, even with dispersal. Comes with a hose and valve for dispersal.
Cost: $125
Ethyl mercaptan tank
A two-gallon tank of ethyl mercaptan at concentrations of 10 ppm. This is enough to be detected easily by the human nose, even with dispersal. Comes with a hose and valve for dispersal.
Cost: $125
Methyl mercaptan canisters
Two-quart canisters of methyl mercaptan at 1000 ppm. Can be deployed by the below product.
Cost: $625 (for shipment of 20 canisters)
Ethyl mercaptan canisters
Two-quart canisters of ethyl mercaptan at 10 ppm. Can be deployed by the next product.
Cost: $625 (for shipment of 20 canisters)
Mercaptan canister deployer
A canister deployer basically identical to that of the sulfinylpropane deployer, with modifications made to make it easier to use with mercaptan canisters.
Cost: $325

The rating given is for what situations each chemical should be used for. 1 is crowd control, 10 is military only.
(rest coming in a few minutes)

Here's the rest:

Ammonia
Comes in: WHITE containers
Rating: 6
Nickname: (none)
Summary: Ammonia is a gas at room temperature. It has a very noxious odor similar to that of urine. It will sting slightly on contact with sensitive areas of skin, such as cuts or scrapes, and will react with water.
Treatment: Remove victim from area.
Products:
Ammonia tank
A two-gallon tank of anhydrous ammonia. Comes with a hose and valve for dispersal.
Cost: $40
Ammonia solution aerosol
A two-gallon aerosol of concentrated ammonia solution (30%). This will not react with water, but will still smell very strongly. Dispersed by aerosol.
Cost: $35
Ammonia canisters
Two-quart canisters of anhydrous ammonia. Can be deployed by the next product.
Cost: $200 (for shipment of 20 canisters)
Ammonia canister deployer
Similar to the mercaptan deployer, but as this product does not include a disperser, it is cheaper.
Cost: $225
Nitrous Oxide
Comes in: BLUE containers
Rating: 2
Nickname: Nitro
Summary: Nitrous oxide is a common anesthetic. In smaller concentrations, it causes disorientation and feelings of well-being.
Treatment: Keep victim safe until full mental agility is regained.
Products:
Nitrous oxide tank
Two-gallon tank of pure nitrous oxide. Comes with a hose and valve for dispersal.
Cost: $50
Nitrous oxide canisters
Two-quart canisters of nitrous oxide. Can be deployed by the next product.
Cost: $250
Nitrous oxide canister dispenser
Dispenser similar to that of ammonia, especially since dispersal is not as effective for this agent.
Cost: $225
Nitrous oxide dropcloth
As dispersal of nitrous oxide will limit its effectiveness, using a helicopter to hold this huge dropcloth over an area of rioters before deployment of nitrous oxide will ensure better results.
Cost: $400
Sulfur Chloride
Comes in: ORANGE containers
Rating: 9
Nickname: (none)
Summary: Sulfur chloride (a mix of disulfur dichloride and sulfur dichloride) ranges from red to yellow depending on the concentration of each compound. It is a liquid at room temperature. Upon exposure to moisture, it will react, forming sulfur dioxide and hydrochloric acid.
Treatment: Sulfur chlorides are not corrosive, but will react with moisture to form hydrochloric acid, a strong acid. In the event of exposure, remove victim from area immediately. Medical attention should be sought as soon as possible. If not available, treat exposed areas similarly to burns.
Products
Sulfur chloride tank
A two-gallon tank containing mixed sulfur chlorides. Comes with a mister for dispersal as a fine mist.
Cost: $300
Sulfur chloride canisters
Two-quart canisters containing mixed sulfur chlorides. Can be deployed by the next product.
Cost: $1500
Sulfur chloride canister deployer
Because sulfur chloride is a liquid at room temperature, the only effective method of dispersal is by mist. This deployer disperses the sulfur chloride as a fine mist.
Cost: $500

Subject: Military Acquisitions

Peace and prosperity to you our dear neighbor. Purchases within this thread are simply "keeping the sword sharp," and not a military expansion.

Over time supplies and equipment become either used up or outdated according to our ever advancing military doctrine. Technological advances also push some equipment into retirement either due to incompatibility, poor ergonomics, or other reasons. At times when updating equipment, certain items are simply in too high of a demand for manufacturers to keep up and take on a new order. Other times materials to fabricate the equipment are being prioritized to other efforts in the nation and are not available to produce the entire item "in house." When this occours we seek to purchase items on the open market.

The Kingdom Republic of Ceretis is not in an expansion phase of its military but remains in a standard maintenance and phased advancement. We strive to continually advance our military technology as it allows us to be a more effective fighting force when required. We do not pursue a fight, nor do we shrink from battle; We seek peace and prosperity to our friends and bring ruin to our enemies.

A strong military helps us to maintain security and peace in all areas that we find national interest.

Pax Vobiscum,
Raymond Reddington

Nebula:
We have begun developing/producing chemicals for crowd control and use in combat. If you are interested, we can provide a list.
Chemical warfare?! Did I hear that correctly?

-General Emily Akerman

General Akerman,

Remember not all chemical agents/weapons are deadly or have lasting effects, and not all chemical agents are used in military operations. There are two main categories in chemical warfare LETHAL and NON-LETHAL weapons.

Lethal weapons would include VX Nerve gas, Phosgene oxime, and Cyanogen chloride. These are used in military operations only and are highly dangerous.

Non-Lethal / Less than lethal (LTL) chemical agents would include Pepper spray/Oleoresin Capsicum (OC) Gas, Tear Gas, and 'Skunk spray' (Potently foul smelling non toxic crowd dispersal agent.) These are temporary effect chemical agents / chemical weapons. These are widely used worldwide in Military, Paramilitary, and Civilian situations. (Such as riots, personal protection, etc) Many of these weapons would be found in Police and Paramilitary organization's inventory as well as wide use in daily operations.

As can be noted, Ceretis has requested Non-Lethal / LTL crowd control systems which may or may not include chemical agents of a LTL nature.

From Aerodyne we will need 13 cASRGs at this time, and may possibly need more in the future. We assume these will utilize Plutonium-238 cores?

Last item, do you have an estimate on the cost of the "Brilliant Pebble" Tungsten Kinetic teardrops?

Admiral Charles Wake
Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA)
Defense Procurement, Department of Defense

To: Guslantis
General Akerman,

While we have you here, does your navy have any Cable laying ships available as ours will most likely be unable to complete the amount of work needed in the scheduled time. We're also looking for a submarine recovery vehicle capable of rescuing crew and recovery of sensitive equipment or preferably submarines up to an Ohio class Ballistic sub depending on the type.

Last but not least we were wondering if you might have a Dignitary harbor and coast touring ship as well? Nothing big, just something to take people around in and show them points of interest.

Admiral Charles Wake

All canister prices and options are for sets of 20. If you need a smaller quantity, you may ask and we'll see what we can do for you. Sorry for not specifying.
In addition, we would like to point out to Guslantis that all chemical weapons being sold are non-lethal and with no some lasting effects. The sulfur chloride is to some extent an exception, but it is marked for use in military situations only.

The order stands as stated above with this clarification:
(30) Deployable Two-quart Nitrous Oxide canisters (20 Canister set)

Please post your bill, payment method and delivery method.

I an sorry for forgetting the brilliant pebble. The price will be $3,000 each, sold individually.
The ammo boxes are the standard army ammo boxes. Painted forest green with hinged lid and rubber sealer. The cASRGs do indeed utilize the plutonium-238 core, hence the price.
I will have a quote on the .40 S&W for you tomorrow. (Ooc: I'm in the middle of the forest with really limited phone signals at the time)

The Khan wishes to offer you our Arondight system. The Arondight consists of four 8 missile-racks on a turntable that can be mounted either as a fixed emplacement or on a vehicle hull. The Launcher tracks the pressure differences and utilises fragmentation similar to ack-ack shells to damage the target. A set of 10 Arondight systems with Blueprints will cost an eighth of a tonne of gold.

We can also offer Trimaran vessels which can traverse waters far shallower than a monohulled craft at higher speeds.

Frigates and Destroyers are a half-tonne of gold a piece, cruiser are 3/4 of a tonne and carriers are a full tonne and do not come supplied with aircraft. We also accept other resources of equivalent value (http://onlygold.com/Info/Value-Of-Gold.asp)

See this factbook for more info: https://www.nationstates.net/nation=the_kingdom_of_wolfsea/detail=factbook/id=315974
