As of a recent switch, we now have a dedicated ambassador to the NPTO; her name is Emily Bourne, and she is currently here.
It has been seen that under Section 21 of the Electronic Assistance Act, that I, E.V.A, will be taking the role of The Triple Federation of Trinster's ambassador the the NPTO.
Though, it must be said, the servers over here in HQ are quite small, I may need to order in a specialised unit for my storage.

Yes, the Khan has been working on a new project. Whilst the NPTO is not a militarized organisation it is clear to see certain situations require some form of intervention. an example being the WMD threat of the numerous factions in Cronal currently being investigated by the Imperial Ravens. After the successful joint operations between ourselves and Xentherida to evacuate the council from Guslantis during the Vega incident we believe similar rescue and anti-terror operations can be carried out successfully region-wide. Our proposal is simple. A politically-neutral multi-nation counter-terrorism unit, the Allied Services - Peacekeeping, Intelligence and Security organisation, or ASPIS for short. They will operate under a strict mandate and operatives will be drawn from both military and law enforcement as well as civilian technical experts.

ASPIS will report to the NPTO chair to be activated at the request of any nation regardless of membership. However the Chair will appoint the Organisation's commanding officer from a shortlist of candidates proposed by the military leaders of each member state and, as such, there is to be zero political involvement. ASPIS will be strictly politically neutral, its first and foremost priority is the limitation and prevention of civilian casualties.
With no offence to those present who are involved in the Democratic Union, the people of Wolfsea see them as little more than cackling old women at a sunday coffee morning. The NPTO at least tried to make attempts to keep the peace and was more or less bushwhacked for our efforts. as stated earlier we are now technically demilitarized, that doesn't stop us from putting resources into combined emergency and law enforcement operations such as this.

With the Guslant Crisis that is currently happening, I think that an organisation like the ASPIS would be incredibly helpful for co-ordination, and if these terrorists target civilians, we could call them to action.
As stated previously ASPIS is a counter-terrorism unit, it has no mandate to interfere in armed conflict between nations. Membership will be drawn from Military units, police, law enforcement and intelligence. I believe we were rather clear in stating it was not a military organisation but law enforcement. Need I remind you, Mr Durand, that this organisation would have been lost had it not been for the actions of our individual special forces working together during the Vega incident. Our proposal simply allows for more efficient co-ordination by maintaining a dedicated organisation for the neutralisation of terrorist threats. This organisation has been rendered toothless, we are little more than a source of mockery for the pretentious elitism of Novrith and the DU. Wolfsea may not be a founder member of this organisation but at least this organisation has the balls to be honest and to accept all who may wish to join and to help other nations, or it had before we started getting scared of offending other organisations. If needs be we will take ASPIS elsewhere but only a fool would not see the need for such an organisation, especially given recent events.
