Vice Delegate Report
September 15, 2025

9777.gif

I told you I would be back!

I'm back.

I'd like to extend my gratitude to the North Pacific, it being the special region it is, and its community, you all being the special folks that you are. I have now been elected four times as Vice Delegate, more than anyone else in history, and I am grateful to all of you for getting the chance to serve in this office. I'm feeling good about what we can accomplish this term. With the summer slump ending and the game as a whole waking up again, I'm looking forward to getting our endorsement counts up! Want to know how you can help? By endorsing the Delegate, Vice Delegate, and the Security Council, of course! I'd also like to congratulate @Halsoni and @Foskeburg on winning their elections as well. You folks will be great!

Security Council Applications

We currently have one active applicant for the Security Council, former Vice Delegate and current WA Delegate @Halsoni. We have been discussing his application for a few days, and it should be voted on in the near future. Expect an update on this soon!

Weekly Endorsement Goals

Our Weekly Endorsement Goals are back! I will set a goal for both the Delegate and Vice Delegate to reach in terms of endorsements, with the help of the greater community! If that goal is reached, a reward will be given out for that goal. The deadline for the goal to be met is next Monday, or the 22nd of September. Now go out there and endorse Halsoni and Chipoli!

Delegate @Halsoni: Halsoni's endorsement goal is to reach around 665 endorsements, a nice first step towards the milestone of 700 endorsements. If this goal is met, I will change my discord profile picture for a week to one of the community's choosing. (Something appropriate, of course!)

Vice Delegate @Chipoli: I've been barely above 600 endorsements for a while, and I want to escape the danger zone. Getting me to 610 endorsements would go a long way towards doing that. If the goal is met, I will pick a poll topic of the community's choosing and incorporate it as the next one.

Endorsement Data
Below are a few graphs that will give you an idea of our current endorsement situation.

Endorsement counts of the Delegate and Vice Delegate since the beginning of the month

Ruben and I have seen each of our endorsement counts steadily increase as the summer comes to a close, as more and more players return to the game. The Delegate's endorsements have been increasing at a faster rate than mine, but that's nothing a bit of extra outreach can't fix.

Security Councilor endorsements since the start of the month

The trend for most of the Security Council has been similar to mine and the Delegate's. A slight rise, which is a good sign for the future, but nothing too eye-popping yet. We'll have to wait a while before our long-term situation becomes clearer.

Screenshot 2025-09-15 at 10.39.47 PM.png

Top 25 nations by endorsement count in The North Pacific

Between today and yesterday, the endorsement counts are largely similar. All Security Councilors are above the 80% line, and I am above the VD minimum endorsement count, as shown in the graph. No non-SCer is in danger of over-endorsing or being a security risk. It's safe to say that the tides are calm as of now.

Conclusion

Alas, that's just about it for this report. I'll be back with one next Monday with more information on our endorsement goals, our WA health, and an update on a pending Security Council application. With that said, I'll take a page out of my most recent predecessor's book and leave a couple of handy links below:

Vice Delegate Report
October 31st, 2025

It has been a long wait since our last Vice Delegate's report, but at last I've been able to sit down and write one of these. The start of the term has been a fairly busy one for me, and while my real-life situation will get better later on, it is likely that adjustments will need to be made in terms of the scheduling of these reports in the future. Rest assured, for the remainder of the term, these reports will be published at a more regular rate. This report will catch up on every major event that has happened in or related to the Security Council in the last month, as I don't want to exclude them entirely - I feel as if it would be a disservice to do so. Without further ado, let's get into the thick of it!

SC Happenings

Last time we were here, the Security Council application of @Halsoni was being discussed. Since then, the Security Council unanimously voted to approve his application and to send it to the Regional Assembly. His application passed by a vote of 23 to 1, and such, Halsoni has now officially joined the SC! However, along with adding one member to our ranks, we lost one as well. Long-time Security Councilor @Pallaith resigned from the council, citing his need to free his WA nation, and to "refresh [himself]" as a player. We on the Council are very grateful for Pallaith's service, and his wisdom will be sorely missed. The Security Council has also undergone a couple of changes on the legislative front. The manner in which Border Control is assigned has been revamped - our BC officers are now assigned by the Delegate, and are not determined by the Line of Succession. Speaking of which, our LoS has been updated as well - most notably, Ruben and I have moved up and now occupy the top two spots, while others like @Sil Dorsett and @Former English Colony moved down a couple of spots.

Weekly Endorsement Goals

As a reminder, in this segment, what I do is set a goal for both the Delegate and Vice Delegate to reach in terms of endorsements. If that goal is reached, a reward will be given out for that goal. The deadline for these goals is Monday, November 10th.

Delegate @Halsoni: We've wanted to get our Delegate back to 700 endorsements for a while, and we will continue pursuing that figure. I would like us to make some progress on this - let's get our Delegate to 670 endorsements! If this goal is met, I will change my forum profile picture for a week to one of the community's choosing. (Something appropriate, of course!)

Vice Delegate @Chipoli: My endorsements have been growing steadily throughout the term, and I would like to continue that trend - this week's goal is 625 endorsements. If this goal will be met, I will give a shoutout to three random individuals endorsing both Halsoni and in our WFE.

Endorsement Data
Below are a few graphs that show you our endorsement situation over the last month.

View attachment 8119
Endorsement counts of the Delegate and Vice Delegate since our last report

The rate at which the endorsement of the Delegate and I have been changing is inconsistent. My endorsements steadily increased from September 16th to October 12th, while the Delegate did the same, but for around a week longer. Then, around the 20th of October, both of us lost a chunk of endorsements, but gained a lot of them back at around the 26th, before they again decreased over the past week. While our endorsement levels have ebbed and flowed, we did make a small increase in our endorsement count since the last VD report.

View attachment 8120
Security Councilor endorsements since the last report

The endorsement trends for the SC members have matched the Delegate and the Vice Delegate's - some members' levels did end up rising briefly, before falling again back to their previous levels. Overall, our endorsement counts didn't change much; some SCers had their endorsements slightly increased, while some has theirs slightly decrease.

Advanced Endorsement Data

As you can tell by this data, all of the Security Council members have been endotarting fairly often and have kept up with the new WA members coming in and out of the region. Once an impressive stat that stood was that now nearly 80% of our WA members have endorsed the Delegate, which is a very nice increase from our earlier levels, whihc hoevered around 75-77%. I would also like to give a special shoutout to @Great Bights Mum, who has endorsed 100% of our WA nations as of the report's writing!

Conclusion

That wraps up this report, and I'd like to thank everyone who has gotten this far for reading it. Expect the next one to come out on November 10th, at the beginning of the week again. I'm considering switching to a bi-weekly release of these reports so we can fit as much data and information into each individual one as possible - that decision will be announced in my next report. Until then, endorse Halsoni and Chipoli!

Vice Delegate Report
November 11st, 2025

Good morning, evening, day, or night, TNP! I hope you're all enjoying yourselves on this crisp, autumn day. I have another report to bring to you all, this time covering the past 10 days. I have chosen to maintain the tradition of publishing these reports on a weekly basis - the wait for this one was a tad longer, as I wanted it to come to the beginning of the week. I planned to publish it on Monday, but could not, and alas it is now a Tuesday when I write this report. It's now two months into my term, which would typically be halfway into my term - this will not be a typical one, though, but I digress. I have been thinking ahead to the next General Elections, and it is clear what my heart and soul want to do: I will not be running for re-election. It's somewhat of a shock to me as I write this, considering I was part of it not so long ago, but it's time to give control of the Security Council's rum cabinet to the next generation of TNPers. I have been elected as Vice Delegate four times - more than anyone else, and I do not need a fifth. I stepped up last time as I felt that the region needed someone to; for those who may be seeking to explore different avenues to serve the region, the Vice Delegacy will be open to fight for following the conclusion of the term. With the future out of the way, let's now focus on the present!

SC Events

The Security Council has been quiet in the month of November. There are no significant developments to report.

Weekly Endorsement Goals

Every report, I set a goal for both the Delegate and Vice Delegate to reach in terms of endorsements. If that goal is reached, a reward will be given out for that goal. The deadline for these goals is Monday, November 17th.

Delegate @Halsoni: 660 endorsements.

We failed to meet our goal for the Delegate this week. In fact, our endorsements declined. As such, the focus will be on restoring our endorsements to their previous levels, which is why I've made the Delegate's endorsement goal what it is. I will keep the same reward as last time - I will change my forum profile picture for a week to one that the people choose.

Vice Delegate @Chipoli: 615 endorsements.

Like our Delegate, my endorsements declined since our last report, and hence the endorsement goal for the Vice Delegate was not met. We need to get my endorsements back on track - let's get them up to around last week's levels. 3 random TNPers endorsing both Halsoni and me will get a shoutout on our WFE if this goal is met.

Endorsement Data

Screenshot 2025-11-11 at 9.29.37 PM.png

Endorsement counts of the Delegate and Vice Delegate since our last report

This graph shows a decline in our endorsements over the course of the week. After a good start, with endorsements rising between November 4th and November 5th, they began decreasing at a steady rate. Halsoni's endorsements grew more than my own did, and did lost as much as I did - therefore coming out the better one than the two of us, largely thanks to his extremely consistent endotarting.

Security Councilor endorsements since the last report

Endorsement trends for the Security Councilors matched the Delegate and Vice Delegate. Every Security Councilor except @Marcus Antonius, @TlomzKrano, and @Sil Dorsett lost multiple endorsements over the course of the start of the month. The three I mentioned only last one endorsement or two - still losing some, but not as significant as the rest of their colleagues.

Advanced Endorsement Data

Our WA population continues to shrink, as the effects of the F/S update on the health of our region never seem to fade, even after two and a half years. We lost 9 WAs and 6 Keepers. Our Delegate maintains a very nice rate of having 80% of our WA residents increase him, which I don't have to round to anymore! To be exact, 0.6% more of the population has endorsed him. I would also like to once more shout out Security Councilor @Great Bights Mum for endorsing the highest percentage of WA Nations out of any SCer (barring the Delegate and VD) for the second report in a row. Overall, the Security Council is endorsing quite well, with 7 out of 9 members endorsing above 90% of WA Residents in TNP.

Conclusion

Please endorse Halsoni and Chipoli. Make sure to join the World Assembly as well!

That's all, folks. See you next week!
