I am afraid I will have to see the school doctor today. I am sick and my lymph nodes in my neck have become swollen and tender, which I guess is kind of a serious thing?

I am going to get azithromycin, I know this because that is what the doctor gives me every time. I am thinking about just going in there and saying "Lets just save time and you give me a script for azithromycin."
 
I am surprised, and my opinion of the school doctor has improved. I am infected in my lung, he gave me a coupon for free drugs that would cost over $100 (without insurance, I do have insurance btw).
 
I am a bit confused about this conversation.

I am outta here for a few days, turkey day up in Maine with a friend. I am going to have a good relaxing time, and we're going to write a play. :D
 
i am trying to get my friends to go out on THE BIGGEST PARTY NIGHT OF THE YEAR tomorrow night, which would make a good segue into thanksgiving.
