@MrMorlonelycat has been masked as a citizen as per Sections 6:1:5 and 6:1:10 after the the Speaker and Vice Delegate checks not being carried out within the time period as required by law.

@Borden and @Señor Oogway have passed the Speakers and Admin checks and is conditionally granted citizenship, dependent on the outcome of the Vice Delegates check. They have been masked as a resident in the interim.

@Western Russland Imao passes the speakers check and is granted citizenship, conditional on passing the other checks. They have been masked as a resident in the interim.
