THE SECURITY COUNCIL:

IDENTIFYING Lunarvi as the original founder, and former WA Delegate, of [region=Eclipsis];

DISMAYED that, despite SC#501's claims that a Liberation would help "stymie the ease with which raiders can permanently claim control over the region," the raiders of Eclipsis managed to refound and annihilate the region during the vote on it, therefore making it totally useless and in desperate need of repeal;

NOTING that Lunarvi has taken this fact in their stride, as they are now the founder and WA Delegate of [region=Arborhaven], a new but rapidly-growing Frontier that is developing a community of its own; and

AFFIRMING the support of Lunarvi for this repeal:

HEREBY REPEALS SC#501 "Liberate Eclipsis."
