The Security Council,

Knowing that the region Yessssss was refounded on 15 August 2023 by nefarious forces, despite the great efforts of Defenders and natives to restore the legitimate government.

Determining that once the region was refounded it ceased to exist, another region was erected with the same name, and despite the similarity is not the same region.

Commiserating the displaced natives of the former region who were forced to find a new home.

Noting that the target resolution, while well-written and composed with benevolent intentions, targets a region that no longer exists and is, therefore, redundant.

Believing that the target resolution should no longer have the force of law, as it targets a region merely because of a similar name.

Hereby Repeals SC#463: Liberate Yessssss.

Overview
This resolution seeks to repeal the Security Council liberation of Yessssss, which we supported. The repeal argues that Yessssss, having since been refounded by the raider forces the liberation was intended to protect the region from, is no longer the same region as it was initially and the liberation continuing to target it is "therefor[e] redundant".

Recommendation
We note that this resolution is supported by the residents of the original targeted region, including its WA Delegate and its Founder. We see no reason to go against the natives' wishes in this case. In addition, we agree with the repeal's assertions that, inter alia, the target is now redundant with the successful destruction of Yessssss. The liberation resolution no longer serves any purpose, and ought to be removed from the books for the sake of clean housekeeping.

For the above reasons, the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs recommends a vote For the at-vote GA resolution, Repeal "Liberate Yessssss".
