The North Pacific Constitution

Article 15: Every citizen of The North Pacific has to make a sacrifice to St. George aka Madjack every day.
 
Article 15.1: Should war, embargo, or act of God prevent any of this act from happening, the God of TNP (ie. cat, per Article 9.7) must give directions as to how a replacement sacrifise must be made.
 
Article 15.3: Should war, embargo or act of god prevent human sacrifice, a vote for use of any other type of sacrifice will be held.
 
Article 16: Every member of Security Council is obligated to start watching a film and after half of it, go to the end and watch the rest in reverse, once a year.
 
Article 16.1: Should war, embargo or act of god prevent the Security Council members from watching a film half-the-right-way, half-backwards, using videotapes as a replacement is allowed.
 
Article 19: Article 18 is hereby repealed, restoring Article 9 to its original form.

Article 19.1: Future articles replacing Cat as regional animal, god, and taking away their rights are to be repealed.
 
article 20.4, article 20.3 is repealed, and all laws which give cats rights over dogs are repealed, and automatically will be repealed, article 19, 9, are repealed, and shall not be restored. all mentions in art 9 of cats, will be replaced with dogs, except for article 9.1
 
Article 22: Article 18 and 20 were just created for fun so that cats could just not do rest and do some mental thinking.

article 28: Repeals article 27, restoring article 25 to its full form, and repealing any and all future promotion of cats over dogs, and declaring such articles as illegal, as this article may under no circumstance be repealed​

article 29/30.1: the SCP Foundation is to not exist in the public as to prevent the people who say " DAMN THE ORGANIZATOONSSDjoKF WH O HIDE EVERRYTHONG FROM US THE PEOPLE DESRSEVE TO KNOW THE TRUTH"
 
Article 32.2: Should war, embargo or act of god make peanuts and cashews unavailable, there is to be held a vote regarding usage of another type of nut.
