NOTESERVING the importance of catgirls to the international anarcho-communisty

OBSERNOTING catgirls should be protected from those who seek to do them HARM

SURPRISED that any group would want to damage these catgirls

HAGHAST that the region has been occupied by anti-catgirl forces

IRRITATED by the fact these anti-catgirl forces have used the region to participate in nuclear destruction

EXTREMELY UPSET at the occupation of TCH (pronounced as one word) and that the nuclear weaponry fired from the region has caused massive though deserved retaliation and destroyed the native catgirl population

LOATHING the treatment that these catgirls have received from their CARELESS OCCUPIERS

DECIDING that liberating this region would allow the international community to secure the region to protect the catgirl natives

SEETHING AT THE LACK OF OTHER ACTION WORDS

Overview
This resolution seeks to liberate The Catgirl Hivemind. Reasons cited for the liberation include "its takeover by anti-catgirl forces" and "the importance of catgirls to the international anarcho-communisty".

Recommendation
At some point, humoring proposals like these from a player who has the potential to otherwise be a talented and contributing author needs to end. Sure, the joke effect may be there due to goings on in the GP sphere, due to the recency of N-Day--in which The Catgirl Hivemind participated as a faction, or the acrostic spelled out as part of the resolution's introductory clauses. That being said, this resolution misses the mark severely in terms of quality and overall impact. For the above reasons, the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs recommends a vote Against the Security Council Resolution at vote, "Liberate The Catgirl Hivemind".

This has achieved the requisite approvals to enter the formal queue. Barring it being withdrawn or marked illegal, it will proceed to a vote at Thursday’s Minor Update
