Welcome to the absentee voting for the 2019 Santonian parliamentary elections! The Kingdom of Saintonge has created a parliamentary seat for Santonians abroad, and it is being contested for the first time. You can vote here too!
OOC: Yes, I am actually allowing you RPers to vote and have a say in my elections. However, you will not vote using your government or your nation, but using my citizens. Simply put, you are going to RP Santonian voters living in your nation. They will be voting for the newly-created parliamentary seat for the Santonians abroad.

Mechanics:
1. Determine how many Santonian voters you have in your nation. Round off to the nearest integer if the formula gives you decimal points.
2. Post your results. There are four parties running their candidates. See them here. Basically what you need to fill up is this: (Copy and Paste the code)
You can add stuff of your own, such as RPs, news reports, etc, which will be very much appreciated (and much more fun!). Please be realistic. A single party cannot win all or most of the votes from the voters in your nation. Otherwise the Royal Elections Institute may smell fraud and conduct an investigation, and worse, invalidate your returns.
Also, Saintonge has compulsory voting and so it’s not unusual to have high turnout.
3. Deadline. You can post your returns starting 0000 UTC 1 June 2019 (RL time), until1200 UTC 14 June 2019 1200 UTC 20 June 2019 (RL time). But we’ll assume that all of the returns arrived on 26 May 2019 (IC time).
Afterwards I will tally the votes. I don’t expect that everyone will participate, and so, I will be adding votes in proportion to the existing vote tally to RP those what did not participate. So, the decision on who will win this seat is entirely in the hands of you RPers
BONUS: The final leader's debate will allow journalists from your nations to ask question to the prospective prime minister candidates. You can send questions to me via DM and maybe it will be asked during the debate!

Formula:
Santonian voters in your nation = 20 + [(RP population/100,000) * Special Multiplier]
Santonian voters in your nation = 20 + [(RP population/100,000) * Special Multiplier]
- 20 is the minimum number of voters. So that everybody can participate.
- (RP population/100,000) – divide your RP population with 100,000 to get the base number of voters. The larger your country is, the larger the possibility of having Santonians there.
- Special Multiplier – close relations, proximity, political, cultural and religious ties will increase the likelihood of having Santonians in your nation. The special multiplier starts at 1, and you add/subtract your bonuses from this. If after the factors/bonuses your special multiplier becomes negative, use 0 as your special multiplier.

Special Multiplier = 1 + Proximity bonus + Religion bonus + Language bonus + Embassies bonus + Relations bonus + Random bonus
Special Multiplier = 1 – 0.1 – 0.1 + 0 + 0.4 + 0 - 0.14 = 1.06
Plugging it in the formula:
