As a token of esteem Khan Sebt II issues the following invitation to our allies throughout the region to attend the commissioning ceremony of the AWV Gwylgi, first of her class, Wolfsea's newest generation of Advanced Dreadnaught type warship. Following the war in Rhuvanland the Khanate Armada saw the need for a more imposing vessel to better deploy the Heliocannon technology incorporated on the Hyperion-class Assault Cruiser in addition to one that could serve as an anti-air/submarine platform. Armed with six retractable turrets in addition to side-missile batteries and depth-charge launchers, the Gwylgi will be departing Wolfsea for a shakedown cruise as it carries Princess Zara's royal dowry to Syrixia in anticipation of her imminent wedding to Crown Prince Salman. The Khan hopes to receive confirmatins from all our NPTO allies and those who fought alongside us in the Rhuvish War.

Several Nebulan military officials will attend the launch. Unfortunately, Emperator Antlerio is unable to attend, but five high-ranking officers will take his place.

King Sherwin IV would be pleased to attend as well as other members of state including Warden General Nathaniel de Alayn, Minister of Defense.

While Prime Minister Adam Reitano will regretfully be unable to attend due to current pressing matters in Parliament, King Christian III, his wife Queen Mia, and their daughter Princess Elizabeth are pleased to attend, and will be present for the launch of the vessel.

General-Commander Michel Palmer is planning on attending, allongside his advisors, as he wishes to see Wolfsea's idea on the future of warfare.

Ambassador Ohara Koson is planning on attending the commissioning ceremony of the AWV Gwylgi. The Ambassador will be joined by Commodore Upton Piko of the Ceretian Royal Navy and LtCol Kyros Hydrick of the Royal Guard.

Sebt sighed as he stood by the airstrip, it had been months since the end of the war and, between his duel in the Imperium and the State visit from Prime Minister Briggs of Plembobria, he hadn't really had much time to relax. At his side were two of his Imperial Guards, both seeming a little uneasy. They were graduates by the look of things, proobably their first diplomatic function, certainly their first time so close to the Khan. He gave them a slight smile "First time is always hardest, just keep calm and only speak when spoken to, might seem rude but it gets you out of having to find a conversation starter." Sebt remarked, already feeling the tension leaving the air. He looked over to the mooring jetty behind him at the yacht from where the ceremony would take place. Andrea had requested the ship so as to maintain a low profile whilst visiting San Antilles, or at least as low a profile as she could. He looked up as he heard a soft cough, immediately seeing the Lady of the Moonand four of her bodyguards, the Sorores Veneficae, flanking her, behind her stood four of the Knights Templar, the Order Peregrinae, carrying the altar they would use for the ceremony "Good morning Khan, it is quite the day for a ship launch..." the Lady smiled, noting the look on Sebt's face of slight shock and, she assumed, abject horror at her presence "Indeed my Lady, I did not assume you would attend this ceremony yourself, after all you have not preformed this ceremony since the launch of the Raptor ten years ago." he replied. The Lady laughed softly "Truth be told Sebt I was getting rather bored of not having any fun... besides, if Wolfsea is to be more open and our stance to be understood, the Ecclesiarchy really should make an effort to support you." she smiled, giving the Templars the signal to go set up the altar. Sebt sighed, she was right of course but he still didn't exactly hold the idea of throwing open the temple doors to everybody, maybe it was just the traditionalist in him but there was far too much about the Wolvesh that was concealed and misunderstood by outsiders, he shook his head to show he didn't really approve of her presence but, ultimately, as the spiritual leader of Wolfsea, she could make her own decision regardless of his opinion and she knew it "Very well, the first guests should be arriving soon..." keeping his eyes to the skies for the first arrivals as the small group of Ecclesiarchy songstresses and chaplains made their way aboard.

"Tamade, tamade," spat Herr Minister Hsun as he made his way towards the VIP stands, tie flying in the wind and suit unbuttoned. Tamade was a favorite Mandarin curse of his which translated to "his mother." Northern Kannexans, a vulgar bunch, liked to run around muttering "his mother, his mother" on the street, but exactly whose mother they were referring to remained unknown. "We're late," he sputtered to his aide in scolding Mandarin, "how the hell are we late to something that was planned months ago?"

"I... I don't know, sir," replied a younger Southern Kannexan in tone-broken Mandarin as he jogged along.

The Defense Ministry pair made their way to the spot where the ceremony would take place...

Sebt noticed the delegation from Kannex arrive and approached, giving the Lady a look as if to tell her to stay out of trouble. He extended his hand to Hsun "Minister Hsun, glad you and your assistant could make it, Kannex's part in the Rhuvish incident was much appreciated." He smiled "I trust your journey was pleasant?"

Sherwin made sure to greet the Khan, a man who most Esplandians would know on sight. He was considered a sort of modern mythical figure and his personal combat skills were well known. Afterwards, the king moved amongst the crowd, meeting with the leaders of TNP. He was hot, the weather in Wolfsea far warmer then back home. He wished for a cold beer.

He had gone over the specs of the new vessel, at least what the Wolvesh had publicly released, and was impressed. His Warden General, Nathaniel de Alayn, had likewise liked what he saw, but neither of them had naval experience, which is why he had brought his son.

Irwin was deep in conversation with two Wolvesh men and they seemed to be having a deeply energetic conversation. Sherwin checked the time. He was looking forward to seeing the vessel.

Sebt smiled as the Esplandians approached, shaking hands as he did so "Welcome your majesty. It's a pleasure to once again play host to a king of Esplandia." He didn't really know about his notoriety in spite of his distinctive eyepatch "and it's a pleasure to see young Irwin again, I trust he gave a good account of his stay here?" he smiled as he briefly had to make sure that the Lady was behaving herself, idly making small talk with a few scientists from Veist.

General Cuprum approached the Khan, politely waiting while he talked with the Esplandians. Behind her were Admiral Arget, Air Marshal Aural, Intelligence Major Meteo, and Home Guard Colonel Diamant. All of them were fairly distinguished officers within their respective branches- as a commander, Cuprum had been partly responsible for the short string of victories during the Ryccian Civil War, and she had risen through the ranks faster than almost every officer in the history of the modern Nebulan army. Arget had commanded a ship at the beginning of the Great War during the blockade of Rhuvanland, and he was eventually promoted just in time for the Shei Ren missile crisis. Aural had organized the Nebulan supply drops during the Rhuvish Civil War, and had ended up in the middle of a battle when the aircraft carrier he was on came under attack from Kannexan aircraft. Major Mateo had run the Nebulan intelligence mission in Galacta during the teething period, and her teams had been responsible for some of the most important data in the following conflicts. Colonel Diamant had led the troops during the Galactan terrorist attacks; he would later go on to help train soldiers for the Bay of Cows attacks.

The President of Molgradea and several of his high-ranking officials will be honoured and grateful to attend this ship's launch in the hope of seeing the new technological brilliance endowed and infused in this ship.
