Well designed, really like that the stars line up with the ines and the middle star lines up with the corners. Very nice.

Looks pretty dark to me, and the swirl below the horse is a little complex for a flag, but quite nice otherwise.
 
I'd suggest some fimbriation between the blue and green sectors. Otherwise excellent. 8/10.

If I had watched Rick & Morty you'd score very highly I imagine, but unfortunately I'm going to binge it sometime this year so I haven't yet :P

Therefore, 10/10 or 1/10 :P
