I like it a lot, simple but effective design, good colours. The only thing I don't like is the rounding of the middle golden part, it reminds me a bit about some video game sci-fi faction logos.
 
8/10. Why is the horse's mouth open? It makes me feel uncomfortable. It also looks more like a sketch than something that should actually be on a flag.
