I'm not sure what land you are claiming here. Did something get left off?Syrixia:

Are you okay with smaller islands on the map? Close in-shore or a separate archipelago? And how firm are you about doing this? (Once I put them in, I'm really disinclined to make changes. It is a lot of work, so I would rather have you sure about your claim.)
I'll get to these claims by the end of the week, barring any RL disasters of course.

By 'change my mind' I mean move my entire nation to the other side of the map in a self-made island but I will retain the islands made.
Possibly an archipelago centering around one slightly large island on the basis of shape, this area being known as Anchor Island.

Recently Nierr returned to the North Pacific University to discuss Ferguson. When he was asked if he has seen the map, he replied "OMG who made it jpg." I realized what he meant. The JPEG format is "lossy," meaning it loses quality every time you save it. Originally, the map was PNG, which is a "lossless" format, meaning it retains its quality when it is saved. This has to do with the way data is compressed. It's highly complicated, but you can read more about it here.
You'll notice the the first revisions of the map are crystal clear, while later versions are a bit blurry (the text on the oldest nations is barely readable). This is why. I would recommend that the catographer resume using the PNG format instead.

I don't have any personal need for a PNG version of the map. I'm just recommending that future versions of the map be saved as PNG in order to prevent the further degradation of the map's quality.

Alunya, I have a weird request I'm not sure how to fulfill. I would like some ocean space for SillyString, enough that the total area will be visible on the map, but the land itself won't be - SS is no wider than 500m at any point (and generally only 250m wide), so that's definitely way under the 1px=4km scale. Perhaps a little square outlining the total area, with one of those zoomed-in images to show the land? Like how is sometimes done for Hawaii in a map of the US? Or some other solution you like better?
Let me know if this is possible and I'll get you an image and the total area needed for the island.

I know I've got very little right to be asking this, but can people only be adding things to maps I retain creators rights over (Such as the TNP map) if it's absolutely vital. By taking every request and adding and adding and adding to the map, you risk compromising the quality and the realism of the base map, which was based on how continents form and on tectonic plates and geographical norms.
People requesting enclaves should also be either rping them or explaining why they have them or even need to have them. RPing isn't a competitive thing, it's a co-operative thing, you do not need to hold every choke point and to have strategic bases and colonies throughout the map. Think about how your nation would have gotten those places and question whether they would've kept hold of them, or if powers in the area would've even let you. Remember that you wouldn't be able to bring a truly significant force to bear without vast expense and without leaving other areas undefended.
Also try to remember that with the scale that whoever has put onto the map, moving massive forces around is going to be extremely hard. It's very difficult to move 100,000 men, 1 million, 3 million men, anyway. Moving them vast distances is going to be almost impossible and it doesn't happen instantly. Also remember that unless you're a highly militarised society (which brings problems of its own, in terms of economy, demographics, social issues), you're going to have entire carrier groups or grand armies at your beck and call - especially when attending a diplomatic function in a sovereign nation.
I've mentioned several things here that I'll expand on in more appropriate places, but essentially, don't ruin the map bros and make sure you approach RP from the right standpoint, that it's a co-operative storytelling experience.
Also, a small request of my own, if Alunya sees fit to grant it, I'd like some land on the map, preferably with a coast line of small kind, if not then that's fine, but it is for a planned large scale migration RP that I'll be detailing in the drafting area.

Sounds good. I'm not as good at mapping as Alunya, hence my assistant cartographer position, but, because she is absent I shall go about it anyway! Expect it to be done in ten minutes or less from when I post this.
I can't really do that since they're all controlled by you, and no puppets are allowed on the map. However, I can relabel all the land owned by "Cronaal" as "Eknorvia", your subregion containing Cronaal, Azkay and Abenasca, if that suffices.
Apologies that I can't do exactly what you need, but let me know if you want the land relabeled as Eknorvia. That's the best I can do.
