Hi, good Ol' Roman here again!

Why am I running for Justice again? Because I can!

I have a very simple platform:

The Justice system in TNP is a piece of steaming piece of cow doo-doo and it needs some serious reforming.

It is a piece of bovine feces because the rules say a Chief Justice can create rules as the CJ needs to in order to handle unforeseen matters, yet when a CJ does exactly this under the rules, the CJ catches a rash of crap for doing exactly what the rules demand.

As such, I will enforce the rules exactly as written without any consideration of mitigating circumstances or anything that goes beyond what the law and court ruled dictate.

Of course, that means if I even have an inkling that an indictment accepted by a court justice even hints at being thin or lacking sufficient evidence, and it goes to trial, I will refuse to find a defendant guilty.

If the case of JAL v. TNP ever comes up again, I will recuse myself under the grounds that this eternal witch hunt of the Teflon JAL has to end as there is no real evidence (Excluding the words of the Flemingovia Deity who coined the phrase "Teflon JAL, and I thumb my nose at all pseudo-self proclaimed deities) to date.

I promise to refuse any and all politically charged cases in which the Oligarchy demands a conviction, recuse myself and let the other Justices get run through the wringer for a change. And so I can sit back and laugh at someone else getting a royal reaming for a change for doing their job (if they have the testicular fortitude to actually do it).

And, besides, on the off chance I won, it would put a really big foot right up the arse of the Oligarchy.

A vote for Roman is a vote against the Oligarchy's entrenched Oligarchiness and a vote for the individual against the State!

I fully intend to fulfil my Cheese God Duties to expose the sham that the legal system is in TNP and to correct it despite the Oligarchy and it's minions!

I really would love to know where you're getting it from because it's certainly not grounded in reality. I really would love to know at which point I became a part of the Oligarchy and how a decision I made which initially had no support from those who would normally be a part of the "Oligarchy" is somehow us dogpiling you for making an unpopular decision.

Ironically, I'm not the one here who is suggesting the idiocy of a State Religion for the purpose of my own self aggrandizement. Someone proposing the creating of a State Religion is not even suited to be dog-catcher or street cleaner.

Oh, you know better than to say something like that. I have a right to run for office and if exercising that right is petty, then the whole system is in a word, petty. It also indicates a certain pettiness to imply that some people shouldn't run for office if they want to.

You ought to have higher regard for street cleaners. When white collar professionals go on strike, nobody notices for weeks. When street cleaners go on strike, things start to break down within days.

That's true.

Reminds me of an old joke where the various body parts are arguing who is the most important body part.

The brain says, "I control everything!"

The heart says, "I pump blood to deliver oxygen to everyone!"

The lungs said, "We extract oxygen from the air!"

And the argument went on for hours until finally,

The arse-hole said, "I'm the most important part. If I plug up, you're all screwed!"


But the point being is that being a Street Cleaner requires no brains or thought. White collar professionals are required to have brains so that nimwit street cleaners can have jobs.

Point being is that occupations that require thought are tougher to fill than jobs that only require that the applicants can see lightening and hear thunder.

Anyone can be a street cleaner. Very few can be a white collar professional (or any skilled professional for that matter).

As for me, I do not suffer from class envy nor do I fault anyone for making lots of money. I wish everyone could be rich.
