After the recent passage of the Diplomacy Act, Olvern has now reopened the embassy application system that was closed since the Bloody War. Diplomats now only have to fill in this Application Form, and they can (after being vetted through) get themselves a nice little compound with free electricity and internet (clean tap water is not a given) that is definitely not from the clearing of slums in the outskirts of Capital City. Yes, free electricity and internet. We Olvern people are so nice!
