Condemn The United Defenders League:
Description: NOTING that the United Defenders League (UDL) is supposedly an ideological defender organization committed to the freedom of natives, but that their actions have proved otherwise.

DISAPPOINTED by the actions and contradictions in ideology by their leader The Best Trilogy is Best of Unibot III and its sycophants towards other regions, nations, and fellow defenders.

DISGUSTED by the UDL's attitude towards its former members, and their willingness to do anything to protect their image.

CONCERNED by the UDL's willingness to violate their commitment to the freedom and sovereignty of natives when it suits their needs, and that their commitment to natives is superficial and serves as a means for Unibot to impose their views on the wider world of NationStates.

APPALLED by the UDL's interference in The South Pacific Army's (TSPA) peaceful operation in Warzone Airspace, which was motivated by sheer pettiness rather then ideology. TSPA's goal was to maintain stability in the region with a demonstrated willingness to work with the residents of Warzone Airspace.

DISTURBEDby the UDL's blatant manipulation of regional governments and militaries, specifically in The North Pacific, and The South Pacific.

TROUBLED by the UDL's continued disrespect and arrogance towards non-UDL defenders, which is destructive to the ideals of defender unity and defender community as a whole.

Hereby Condemns The United Defenders League.

In reviewing this resolution, the Ministry faced the unenviable position of working with remarkably little in the way of facts. Allegations in this matter have been thrown around like water, including, unsurprisingly, allegations of bias on the part of the Ministry, but very little has been demonstrated in any conclusive fashion.

While no proof has been provided of any of the allegations in the actual resolution, it has a remarkable degree of support, so the Ministry will assume that many TNP residents either believe the allegations or believe the UDL should be condemned for other reasons.

The Ministry recommends that: If you believe that the stated reason for a Condemnation need not be the actual reason and that Defending should be condemned, you should vote for. If you believe the allegations are true and do not require proof, you should vote for. If you believe the stated reason for a Condemnation should be the actual reason and the allegations are true and require proof, you should vote to abstain or against. If you believe that either the stated reason for a Condemnation should be the actual reason or that Defending is not condemnable and that the allegations are false, you should vote against.

I have voted in TNP, Osiris and Balder.

My vote was disqualified due to recent inactivity in Osiris and I have withdrawn my vote in Balder, so I am voting in TNP only.

The WA Affairs Ministry recognizes 4 in favor (Joshua, Blue Wolf II, Mall, Venico), 4 against (Cormac Stark, Sovreignry, madjack, flemingovia), 2 for abstention (Jamie, Lennart), and 0 present.

As neither voting in favor nor voting against have a majority, the Ministry would advise the Delegate to abstain from voting at this time.

I guess there's no real need to declare but I am voting in TEP, not here.

Sadly it doesn't matter due to the overwhelming bias of the Security Council and the superior number of the UDL.

Seems like it's kind of become a bit of partisan here :P If anyone does want to ask a question regarding this resolution, as the Head of UDL, I am more than capable of answering any questions people may have.

I find this resolution to be wholly inaccurate and incorrect, naturally.

I will abstain from the vote, only to avoid a conflict of interests, obviously I am against it in spirit. I have not voted anywhere else on this issue.

Still misleading Unibot. I was a member of the FRA, not the UDL, and the FRA removed me from the rangers. You followed the FRA's lead and I was banned from #UDL. I have no hard feelings towards the FRA, and being banned from #udl did not bother me in the least. :)

Oh I sure the fact that UDL caught you raiding and reported it to the FRA had nothing to do with the hard-feelings.

Nonetheless, your motivations are irrelevant: it's a dreadful resolution that is wholly inaccurate. You've done nothing to defend your resolution.

So why should I even bother with a mud-slinging over your motivations?
