The North Pacific Bar and Grill

They are so delicious and relatively easy to make, once you master how to roll them. I make them in large batches and then freeze them. That way whenever I want some I just put them in the oven for less than 10 minutes and they come out perfectly.

I envy you! :P :P

I tried to make them once but didn't roll them nicely..end result- shabby looking, hardly appetizing spring rolls! :/

Don't worry - I have had a couple of very poor attempts before I got the rolling correct. The type of pastry that you use is very important. Also put the filling in, spread it out, and then fold in from the three corners closest to it, and then roll towards the last one.... if that makes sense. Holding the mixture tight as you go.

Sometimes I wish I had just gone to study to be a chef, instead of 5 years of university!

I made 50 spring rolls tonight. Winner winner!
for your dinner?

For many dinners, hopefully! I had some tonight with my dinner, but I'll likely eat most of them for lunch over the next month or so. They last quite well in the freezer :D

No problem! Same here, I've been so busy. Just started a new casual job today and had my first shift, but I've had so many family members visiting me lately I just need a week on my own xD

Wolfsea:
Not brilliant tbh. Think its cause I've not been in my office for two days.

Been away sick? :( Anyway, hope it gets better for you soon.

Yrkidding:
Thanks for the Pizza, Mcm!

Anytime! :fish:

Syrixia:
I don't care that I'm not a kid. >:) Give me some orange juice, ya scrubs.

I know! I can't believe you're actually 55 years old irl!

Seriously!! Even I function better without an overcrowded home! So much more peaceful! :P

I'd like a bottle of Firefly sweet tea vodka and give me all the fish and seafood you have.

Wait, wait. I'm worried what you just heard was, "Give me a lot of fish and seafood." What I said was, "Give me all the fish and seafood you have". Do you understand?

Please and thank you.

So I just went into the regional assembly to see what the Banning Law thing is about...

I know that feeling, lol.

I can probably give you one of those things.

Wait, I just looked up Baileyes.

I can give you neither of those things.

Edit: Also, I can't spell. We're at -1 out of 2 for things I can give Lennart.

grammar can be interesting.

I don't think I should continue. If I do, I'll eventually hit negative infinity things that I can gives you, and then the forum would le die.

I could use some good company and something warm to sip on!!!
