Those of you who believe this region has a history of preference of war over diplomacy should perhaps be reminded that in the past, war was usually brought onto them. As per the PRP - despite its diplomatic accomplishments, the operating word here is 'defunct'.
War is often called diplomacy by other means.

The diplomatic accomplishments of the PRP or peoples interpretations of them are not at issue here.
We can not sit idly by and let another region tell us what to do, we should tell them that if they don't stop we won't like them anymore and see how they like it.
