Pope Hope and Eli after negotiations
After little over a day of WPT rule, Eli agreed, on The West Pacific forum, to submit TWP to ADN not as a member but as a colony. Pope Hope went into negotiations with Eli in which she promised ADN would support his delegacy with 100 endorsements if he declared TWP a colony of ADN and agreed to rule it within guidelines that Pope Hope laid down and referred to as "The Five Commandments" including:
I contacted Pope Hope for a brief interview on the matter.
Other groups who pledged to support WPT, such as PRP and Meritocracy, are puzzled and not quite sure what to make of this. No official statements have come out from either of them indicating that they would continue or discontinue their support of this regime.

Thou shalt not keep more than 10 nations on the ban list at a time except for in emergencies. Pope Hope's judgement will be final.
Thou shalt not take the name of Pope Hope, your master, in vain.
Thou shalt not dishonor thy mother organization, ADN. You shall treat her with love and respect.
Thou shalt not worship any other acronym. ADN is the only true acronym.
Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's region unless, of course, that neighbor is The Pacific (And maybe TEP. Loop annoys the hell out of me).
I contacted Pope Hope for a brief interview on the matter.
Interview Edited for Language:<Fedele> Good afternoon, Pope Hope.
<PopeHope> Ah f---. What do you want?
<Fedele> I just wanted to ask you what was up with TWP?
<PopeHope> Ah, hell, you know. Same damn s--- different f---ing day.
<PopeHope> Off the record: I am so f---ing tired of that s--- hole it is driving me nuts
<Fedele> I see.
<Fedele> Is that why you decided to take it as a colony this time?
<Fedele> To restore order?
<PopeHope> Yes.
<Fedele> Aren't you afraid this will add toward ADN's reputation of being imperialists?
<PopeHope> I honestly don't give a flying f---
<Fedele> .........ok...
<Fedele> Well....
<Fedele> ...umm....
<PopeHope> Just thank me for the interview so I can go
<Fedele> Yes ma'am.
<Fedele> Well, Pope Hope...
* PopeHope has quit IRC (Quit: F---ing amateur)
<Fedele> Oh... I see....
<Fedele> Well...
<Fedele> ...I suppose the interview is over...
