Embassy of the Proletariat Coalition

No one on NS has rights. Invaders, Defenders, neutrals, "screw-off"s.

But, I'd rather hang with a lot of the invaders and raiders than some of the uptight, morally holier-than-thou types that frequent defender circles. I never defended because it was the right thing to do, I defended because it was something to do, and during the summer it was a way for me to keep away from the convention and not yell at people. I also talked to Boolari about random stuff waiting for the update. Boolari was certainly not on of those prickish defender types. I remember her chatting away on the RMB of one of the pirate groups, having fun with them. She told me some fenders were worried by her doing that. :eyebrow:

Defending is certainly losing strength because of mod rulings and such that make it harder for invaders to win and easier for defenders to win, but the leadership in some fender groups is hardly guiltless. Their attitudes, their perception that somehow they are morally superior to all invaders (and everyone else that doesn't subscribe to their worldview) has managed to drive people away as well.

*Heft remembers this is an embassy and shuts up.

In my experience, NS or otherwise, I've preferred to associate myself with the rogues and thieves than the regular churchgoers. They've usually shown themselves to me to be a better lot.

LOL! Good old Dobby. Anger follows what he says like Michael Jackson to children.

Is this embassy counted as the sovereign territory of TPC?

Hey, how's it going MP? I was wondering what sort of role did the RLA play in the attempted invasion of The Exclusive Capitalizt Zone, an ally of Conservative Paradise.

I'm not particularly involved in Military Affairs anymore. All I could find on the subject was this note in the invasion warning centre.

Agreed! I had one of their mini rock operas memorized at one point; they're pretty awesome!

Here's one of the best ideas I have ever thought of (original)...been passing it around sine John Ensign (name?), the Who's bassist went the way of the coca:

Hey, ultimate super group...

Heh. I've got a questionaire in TPC and one of the questions is what is your ultimate line-up.

I said...

Freddie Mercury (Vocals),
Pete Townsend (Lead),
Eric Clapton (Rhythm),
Paul McCartney (Bass),
Keith Moon (Drums

Although if they had to be alive...

Roger Daltry (Vocals),
Pete Townsend (Lead),
Eric Clapton (Rhythm),
Paul McCartney (Bass),
Joey Jordison (Drums) - He's the guy from Slipknot.

I don't know, the mask is funny. He is currently the best drummer in the world with ease (maybe with the exception of Paul McCartney's back-up).

Only part-time. I run an occasional bath for needy wolves.

I, personally, don't think Ringo was all that great... In fact, I can't recall him ever really getting a chance to show his talent. Can you point me to a song where he shows his skill?

Yellow Submarine, silly :P

:2c:
It's not all about the best of each, but just the living Beatles and Who members getting together. Ringo is not the greatest drummer, but he's been at it a while.

I think Keith Moon (the Who's drummer) was like the best ever, so that's hard to imitate...but whatever.

The poor quality recording equipment that was around at the time of the Beatles didn't really make Ringo appear as good as he was. He has a massive range of fills but doesn't have that great a collection of fast beats. He isn't the best but he is still good.

One song that does show off his talent is Helter Skelter.

Keith Moon is definetly the best ever.
