Ou...I'm sorry, it's not that easy. :)

From the looks, this would be some Communist-time outskirts of Prague, because the center really is as beautiful as everyone says.
But this is not some suburb, but a whole city, it's very small. The empty street for example is the main boulevard!
Besides, Prague is a lot greener. Look at the surroundings of this one, quite dry right?

Another hint: this is a capital.
I said "kind of" Eastern Europe because it's not that clear whether it's in Europe at all.
 
Well, I could say that this country is internationally not recognized, not even by its biggest sponsor.

And Flem was right insofar as this place was part of the Soviet Union before.

Deep down I believe that nobody can win this game, we can only lose it by not continuing! ;)
 
A very good guess, the continent is definitely the right one, as is the general region...

St Kitts and Nevis is even a neighbour of the right country, but this city is a bit farther away.

Now search for the right city, and the country. *winkwink*
