That does bear some resemblance to the Campanile, but it looks dirtier :B):
 
For me, it looks more like Italy (or maybe France or even former Yugoslavia).

My guess is Brindisi although I don't have any real clue.
 
I had to look up Brindisi. :lol: Valencia is the closest guess so far. I'll try to find some more pics... ones that don't include semi-clad women basking on the beach, ok?
 
If it's Marseille it would be so embarrassing for me since I posted Marseille some time ago. :unsure:

My next guess is Montpellier.
