Zagreb (I assume Zargreb is a simple typo) is wrong, but the best so far.

More stuff:
The city is a regional capital and I do speak a bit of the language the people do speak in this town.

 
Ljubljana is a little better than Zagreb and the direction from Zagreb to Ljubljana is correct. Tolouse is not as good as Ljubljana, but compared with the cities in Spain also the correct direction (of course).
