I have to say I've worked with children that age (well these were homeless, orphans and inmigrant children) and I know how it feels.

With the slight difference that mine took the opportunity when my guard was down to steal medicines and sell them to the junkies.
 
I have to say that one of the most eye opening experiences for me was when I visited the orphanages in Cambodia. Really makes you appreciate what you have and understand how lucky you are to have such a loving family and access to free health care and education. Things that people take for granted a lot of the time.
 
I have to tell you, I nearly defriended a Facebook friend for exclaiming "Why did Rita have to die?!" before us West Coasters saw the season 4 finale of Dexter.
