Pet Peeves

PP: Restaurant tea. This merits a bit of a rant. In the US, coffee is king. Starbucks stores are ubiquitous. Most diner have wait staff running around with pots of freshly brewed coffee to top off their patron's cups. But everywhere, even fine dining establishments, when you order tea they throw a bag and a pot of tepid water at you. Water that has likely been coffee flavored from being run through the same Bunn they make coffee with. This widespread discrimination against tea drinkers has got to stop. Why can't they have fresh brewed tea on hand? How hard can it be if they expect customers to make it themselves?
