If/When this gets submitted, I'm mildly For. It seems awfully petty to hold his self-commend attempt against him any more (wasn't it like 4 years ago by now?). Lord knows how much I've matured in that same period of time. You can't deny he's done a lot of good work in both the GA and Technical.
