I think Delegate access only becomes problem when recall happen since it's the Security Council duty to enforce the recall. Otherwise, there should be constant communication between Delegate and the SC to ensure the security of the region. I think Elu's suggestion is probably the best.

Well, a couple of ideas. Maybe we should put map as a subforum of roleplaying? It does seem to me that people request position on the map mostly because they are interest in starting an RP. Also making "The Law" subforum in RA as one of the main forum in Magicality City might make it easier...

Well, I want to merge The North Pacific FAQs and welcome center. It's rather confusing that we don't merge some of this facts since it's connected and that we have a separate inside forum for information that should be in the same page as the Welcome center so that it's easy for new player to read.

If nobody else wants to do this then I am going to volunteer, but I would like to take it further by restructuring the entire Welcome Center forum to make it easier to navigate and understand for new player.
