The Empire of Bravaedia would allow the Bravaedian State Rail Authority to transfer some designs for civilian locomotives as well as approximately 15,000 contractors to spur railroad modernisation, depending on the amount of money the rail modernisation programme has earmarked.

I've kept most of my history from like 400 CE-present open to essentially anything, so I'd be willing to coordinate sort of invasions and migrations for just about anything... :P

Definitely. Close/ancient relations with the other countries on our little continent (subcontinent?) are definitely desired! And I'm definitely a big fan of shared history in addition to economic/diplomatic logistics, etc. in the modern era :D

I'm very much in favour of that! I've intentionally left sort of history vague in order to do some collaboration on that front, especially because it would make very little sense for a lack of interaction with geographic neighbours! :D
