Republica Guilleana hosted the first edition of the North Pacific Vision Song Contest. The contest was based off the Eurovision Song Contest and was started by the host, Republica Guilleana. The edition was also the smallest edition to date, with only 8 participants. The edition was the first of many, and it's winner, The Democratic Kingdom Of Skaraborg has become famous for being the first ever winner of TNPV.

The second edition was hosted by The Democratic Kingdom Of Skaraborg in Lidköping, after their win in the first edition with the song 'Kom' by Timotej. The second edition of TNPV included 16 nations, and for the first time, a nation got over 100 points.

TNPV 3 (III)




The third edition was held in Llanura in Santamar after their win in The Democratic Kingdom Of Skaraborg with the song 'Echao Pa Lante'. It was the first time that Santamar had hosted, and the number of contestants decreased by two to 14. Kartujia won the first of their four TNPV wins. Still to this day, they are the most successful nation in TNPV.

The fourth edition was hosted by Kartujia in Dalli Xitát after their win in Santamar with the song 'Alone'. It was the first of three times that Kartujia would host. Railroad crossing won their first and only victory in TNPV. They narrowly beat Santamar, by 3 points.

The 6th edition was hosted in Sarbagne (Sardon), Cowbridge. The eventual winner was the contest's creator, Republica guilleana, who won their first ever TNPV, despite finishing 2nd in three of the previous five contests. The contest's creator had won for the first time, after going close time and time again. They won by a huge gap, being 10 points ahead of The Democratic Kingdom Of Skaraborg.

The 7th edition was hosted by Republica guilleana in the capital Vellavista. It was the second time that Republica guilleana had hosted, and the contest was won by Ihese. The contest had 18 participants, and at the time held the record for the largest edition so far. Ihese and Railroad crossing also became the second and third nations after Santamar to get over 100 points. The top two were miles ahead of the rest of the contestants, 20 points ahead.

The 8th edition was hosted by Ihese in Vissette after their win in Republica guilleana with the song 'Oah!'. This edition changed a lot of aspects of TNPV, and included new ones, like the semifinals, the editions being held on factbooks, and leaderboards. This was also the edition with the most participants: 52. This was achieved by mass telegramming the region. No other edition has had more contestants. The finals were also moved from the RMB to factbooks. Also, semi-finals were introduced due to the increase in contestants.

Kartujia won again, and got to host and celebrate in Verdust. This was a special edition, since countries from all of the Pacifics (TNP,TW,TP,TSP and TEP) were able to participate! Republica guilleana won their second victory in TNPV, after winning their semi-final. The final was close and tense, but Republica guilleana finished 5 points ahead of debutants Katuda.
