The edition was also the smallest edition to date, with only 8 participants. The third edition was held in Llanura in Santamar after their win inThe Democratic Kingdom Of Skaraborg with the song 'Echao Pa Lante'. It was the first time that Santamar had hosted, and the number of contestants decreased by two to 14. Kartujia won the first of their four TNPV wins. Still to this day, they are the most successful nation in TNPV.
