I have no doubt in your ability to endo tart and maintain an active presence.
My concern is that as a gameside advocate you are heavy handed with the rules and in my view apply them in a way that is inconsistent with our bill of rights and legal principles. Particularly around your suppression and banning of nations.
I am aware that the SC usually favours an approach that is built on building a relationship with gameside nations and asking them to participate in the regional government and/or correct endo tarting that is against our rules. What approach do you take?
I am wondering how you would reflect on your time as a gameside advocate and how your approach would or would not change if you were also Vice Delegate?
Wow, is that all I do?
Firstly I would like to state that I have the upmost respect for you McM, you have been a Delegate many times in this region and I would like to think we had a good working relationship when we worked together.
But for reasons, I cannot really fathom, you appear to be very critical regarding my alleged 'heavy handiness' regarding my suppression and banning nations from the RMB, I am well aware of your position on this, which appears to remain unchanged in your opinion of me over the years.
My 'actions' on the the RMB are perfectly legal, if they were not I would not have been the regular choice of Delegates for the position of GA or LGA and, I am sure, I would find myself before the Courts too.
For the record, I was one of those suggesting the 'warning' RMB rule, this was an effort to curb GA's and RO's to ban rule breaking nations on the RMB.
The RMB rules are set by the Delegate.
When you become Delegate again you can throw the RMB rule book in the bin and retire me.
We are in the process of changing the rules to relax some of the current ones.
We scrapped the 'Double post' rule and I would like to see something done on the Caps and emoji/emoticon post restrictions too.
The SC does favour, as do I, on building a relationship with Gameside nations and we monitor the endo tarting of the region.
I find it refreshing and lovely that nations on the RMB look forward to seeing me there everyday.
Yes, I have been a very long standing GA and LGA and I will admit this does take a personal toll on me at times, but I would like to think I have more friends than disgruntled enemies due to my demeanour and efforts .
As a Vice-delegate, I would advise the Delegate to really give the RMB rules a 'spring clean', I would still hope that the zero tolerance on anti LGBTQ+ and hate speech would be treated with zero tolerance and nations spreading this are treated accordingly.
My approach on the way I respond will not change as VD.
Why should it?
I am friendly and well liked and this works for others and myself.
