The Security Council,

Recognizing that in many communities of diverse nations, quality of diplomacy is often facilitated by a few key nations, the often thankless work of which goes unsung in their prime but is spoken of for generations to come, and which produce a high calibre of engagement that remains a standard for all that come after to attain,

Noting that in one such community in the world of Anteria, the nation which most aptly fits this description is Foxomexra, a large federal republic on the southeastern end of the continent of Thrismari, who worked with all nations on the planet for several years to find them adequate space in Anteria after their relocation there,

Enlightened by Foxomexra's pursuit of Solarism, a field of study combining astronomy and cartography, which aptly paved the way for Anteria's expansion into the greater universe by aiding their fellow Anterians in discovering that they orbited a star in the Tendor System, rather than Anteria itself being the center of the universe, and in doing so establishing a new standard for detailed, quality scientific work for other nations,

Saluting Foxomexra's dedication to all facets of national development, pursuing the creation of economic, architectural, diplomatic, governmental, historical, military, and religious knowledge, and noting the profound impacts and tone this development had on both the continent of Thrismari and the region of Anteria as a whole, including:

• Developing Sovereign Internationalism, the cooperative ideology that promotes hospitality, self-determination, and mutual respect, which has enabled Foxomexra’s cultural impacts to spread and sustain amongst their many neighboring states as they have risen and fallen throughout the years,
• Developing and documenting novel military strategies and technologies to overcome separatist rebellions within Foxomexra during the Eastern War and thereafter,
• Becoming a founding member of the Thrismari Union, contributing to the economic development of the region in the aftermath of the collapse of the Sekidean Union,
• Facilitating the economic growth of Thrismari via hosting the headquarters of CSEA Inc., a multinational financial services corporation that controlled the stock exchanges of multiple neighboring nations,

Appreciating the quality, rigor, and speed with which the cartographers of Foxomexra updated maps of Anteria, including climatological, linguistic, religious, diplomatic, tectonic, weather, timezone, and oceanographic data, which were more detailed than many maps produced by nations elsewhere in the Anterian universe for their respective planets, and doing so dedicatedly every week over the course of years in a manner unparalleled by other nations,

Praising Foxomexra's cartographers for appealing to the creators of the world of Anteria to increase the ecological diversity of the region, introducing more mountain ranges, islands, and continents in the process and building on the legacy of the great past cartographers of Tsokeiku, Astariax, and Anatea,

Applauding Foxomexra's work in internal affairs over the years, organizing the government and various citizens into maintaining Anteria's government through:

• Recruitment, including an estimated 50,000 telegrams sent from their leader,
• Planning and executing a variety of cross-national cultural events singlehandedly as Director of Internal Affairs, with a focus on collaborative worldbuilding and government discussions,
• As a key government role, consistently and efficiently creating multiple cartographic guides across multiple media forms to aid fledgling nations in finding their place in the world,

Impressed by Foxomexra's contributions to the Anterian Accords and their aid in developing the Directorate, a system of government abolished only recently under reorganization into the Augustin Alliance, including their key role in the drafting and brainstorming of the accords and helping to overcome bureaucratic challenges in its implementation,

Celebrating that during Foxomexra's two years of tenure as Director of Administration of Anteria's government they brought about Anteria's golden age, including the addition of councillors intended to facilitate international diplomacy, the creation of new director positions, and unprecedented efficiency in the Directorate, and the facilitation of regional elections fairly and consistently,

Grateful for Foxomexra's dedication in government to training up and mentoring newer nations, including future cartographer nations, Director of Media Kentalis, Director New sebronia, and Director of Recruitment Plattinum, paving the way for governmental culture in Anteria going forwards,

Extolling Foxomexra's numerous contributions to the world of Anteria,

Hereby COMMENDS The Federal Republic of Foxomexra.
