The Assembly of Worlds,

Adhering to the principles of International Federalism, and that there should be a clear separation and balance of powers between the international government of this Assembly and the member states which have consented to it,

Advancing the idea that some matters are best addressed at the international level as they necessarily involve issues that take place outside the power of individual nations, such as international shipping regulations, or environmental preservation, while some ideas are most readily addressed at the national level because they only concern things that happen within the confines of member nations which can decide on their own course of action to address those concerns,

Argues that the intricacies of industrial chicken farming are, contrary to the implications of GA#667, not a matter of international concern in any way whatsoever, as it is extremely unlikely that whether any given member nation chooses to utilize the in-ovo sexing of chicks will in any way affect other member nations, and that moreover the decision to use or not use such technology should fall well within the rights of national governments to decide,

Asserting the right of member nations to decide their own agricultural practices insofar as they do not disturb the lives of neighboring nations, without the overbearing regulation of this Assembly in such mundane affairs,

This Assembly therefore
